Most orders are shipped via the US Postal Service priority mail (USPS). When the order is mailed, you will be emailed a tracking #.
How do I cancel or change my order?

For defective items Other than fitbit :
We will exchange items that are defective within 30 days of the date of shipment post 30 day manufacturer warranty will prevail. fitbit product will be serviced or exchanged by fitbit directly per the “Fitbit Customer Service & Return Policy” stated above.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost back unless we sent you the wrong item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your account.
To qualify for a refund, a return authorization (RA) number must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. To request an RA, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. If you return an item without an RA or without all parts and instruction manual included in the original package, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
There are no returns on “Bulk” purchases.
